PRINT DESIGN & POSTERS

Visual storytelling is at the heart of my design philosophy. Whether it's a bold, eye-catching poster or a meticulously crafted print piece, my work blends striking aesthetics with clear communication. From editorial layouts to promotional posters, I focus on creating designs that leave a lasting impression. Explore my portfolio to see how I bring ideas to life through print.

Peace Poster
✌️ ☮️🌞 🕊️

“It is not enough to win a war; it is more important to organize the peace.” ― Aristotle

It was created as a response to the ongoing wars in recent years, this poster is a call for peace through simplicity and symbolism. Featuring a pigeon, the sun, and the word PEACE, the design uses a minimal two-color palette to convey a clear and powerful message. The composition embraces balance and harmony, reminding us of the universal hope for a world without conflict. More than just a visual statement, its purpose is to contribute to our society by spreading a message of peace, unity,
aaand love.

Rhein What Event

In this project, we were tasked with designing a new visual for HSRW, where I am currently studying. The goal was to create something fresh, bold, and colorful for an event called Rhein What.

Drawing inspiration from the Bauhaus and Constructivism design movements, I crafted a series of posters that embody their dynamic, geometric aesthetics. Each poster represents an initial of HSRW in a bold, structured form, with enhanced colors to make the designs playful, eye-catching, and full of energy.

Before moving into the digital process, I always begin with sketching. By exploring multiple design directions through quick thumbnails, I can refine concepts, establish a strong visual hierarchy, and experiment with composition before committing to a final direction. This approach ensures a more efficient workflow, keeps the design process goal-oriented, and maintains alignment with the project's creative vision. Sketching first allows for greater flexibility, making it easier to iterate and refine ideas before transitioning to digital execution.

Do it with passion or not at all

Isn’t that life itself? The road is not always straight and can often be winding and unpredictable, yet regardless of the specific path we take, we must approach our work and the things we truly love with unwavering passion and dedication.

Isn’t that life itself? The road is not always straight, yet regardless of the path we take, we must approach our work and the things we love with unwavering passion and dedication.

When designing posters, my initial focus is always on achieving strong contrast, ensuring that the message stands out with clarity and impact. Composition takes top priority, as it dictates the overall visual hierarchy and guides the viewer’s
eye effectively.

Once the foundation is established, I move into the color exploration phase. This step is informed by the brand’s color palette and the intended mood of the design, ensuring that the final piece not only communicates effectively but also resonates emotionally with its audience.

In this poster, I experimented with various color palettes after first establishing strong contrast through a black-and-white composition. The core idea aligns with the title Do It With Passion or Not at Allwhich led me to choose Leonard Bernstein, the renowned American conductor and composer, as the central figure. Bernstein is widely recognized for his extraordinary leadership, artistic excellence, and deep passion for his craft, making him a fitting symbol for the message.

The typography is geometric, drawing inspiration from Russian Constructivist design. Its bold, structured form reflects the discipline, perseverance, and often harsh realities that come with pursuing one's path. The background consists of continuous straight lines and spirals, each carrying metaphorical significance. The straight lines symbolize clarity, direction, and smooth progression, while the spirals represent the unpredictable, non-linear journeys we are sometimes forced to navigate.
